Andrew is a former National Team Athlete whose journey in fitness started as early as he was 11 years old. He represented Singapore in the Asian Bodybuilding Championships in South Korea, Busan (1997) and Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City (1998), clinching the "Silver" and "Gold" medals, respectively.

Andrew has been an experienced fitness trainer since 2002 and a top trainer in Asia with a US global fitness chain. He is a brand ambassador for Reebok, and Zodiac watches in the 90s and has been featured on The New Paper dated 6/6/2001, channel eight magazines "Behind the scene" dated 8/8/2002, channel 8 TV show " 名人Tic Tac Toe, 名人来运动,".
